Tre Effe L.t.d Tannery, as data processing controller, informs you that the following personal information may be subject to processing for the establishment and implementation of the current contractual relationship, as pursuant to art 13 of UE Regulation 679/2016 on General Data Protection (hereafter referred to as the Regulation): personal data, tax information, contact details, bank details and other administrative or business information that is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
Purpose of the processing
– Legal fulfillment and implementation of the contract you undersigned, accounting and administrative management, management of current business relations and of possible disputes
– Transmission of advertising material or business communication via e-mail concerning products and marketed services, invitations to trusted professionals to participate in events that have been organized also in collaboration with businesses and investigations aiming at assessing customer satisfaction
Legal basis
The legal basis of the data processing referred to in point 1.a is either the implementation of a contract of which you are a party or the implementation of per-contractual measures adopted upon your request. The provision of the requested information is necessary to fulfill both legal ad contractual obligations, therefore any refusal to provide such information will make it impossible for our company to execute this contract. The legal basis of the data processing referred to in point 1.b concerns the data processing controller’s vested interest in using, for the purpose of the direct sale of their products or services, the e-mail addresses provided by the interested party in the context of the sale of a product or service similar to those subject of sale.
Please bear in mind that you may object to the latter data processing at any time and that the procedure will be simple and free of charge.
Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provided will be processed by duly trained selected personnel that will work under the authority and the responsibility of the Controller. The data may also be processed by third parties providing core services as communication services, e-mail services, letter services and other services connected to the above-mentioned purposes. The above parties will receive only those data that are necessary for the performance of the related functions. The updated list of all recipients can be found at the Controller’s headquarters and will be provided following a written request of the person concerned which can be emailed to info@treeffegroup.it.
Rights of the data subject
With regard to the data, we also inform you that you may, at any time, exercise the rights provided for by Chapter III of the above-mentioned Regulation. In particular, you are entitled to request the data Controller to have access to your data, to amend, delete or integrate them, to request the limitation of processing, to receive your data in a commonly used and readable structured format for automatic devices, to object in whole or in part to the processing of personal data as well as to exercise all rights established by the applicable normative.

Moreover, as provided for by art. 77 of the UE Regulation 2016/79, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, should you deem that the processing violates the above-mentioned Regulation.
